Hi i recently ordered 2x4GB Crucial Ballistix Sport DDR4 2400Mhz and they are not kit. I ordered them because it was really cheap and i just want 8Gb of ram. Since they are not kit there could be posibility to them not match with each other right? I'm curious if that posibillity for them to not match is lessened if i purchased both in one go from same store which only had some last sticks of this manufacture before sale out. They should have more chanses to be succesfully paired right?
If i would buy kit of those i would have to pay 84€, but without kit it was on sale for 1x4Gb of RAM 16.2€ and i bought 2sticks.(Only 32,4€). What do you think?

Solution
While buying RAM in a kit is the best option, they will probably be just fine. Matching the same model RAM will improve your chances too. I would not worry too much about it. Worst case, you have to return it.
