Crucial Ballistix Tracer LED's not lighting up

I have a 2GB kit from Crucial and my problem is that the upper LED's are working but the ones at the bottom are not.

^+1, or test the RAM. Uninstall the other stick and start your PC with the defective stick, if you feel the PC more slow, RMA to Crucial.

I also have Crucial, and this have lifetime warranty.

I tried it but it still doesn't work... I am from the Philippines and I need to ask Crucial where can I RMA these modules...
