Good day! I recently purchased a 960gb Crucial BX500 SSD and to my surprise idle temps are like 45C-50C with ambient temperature between 26C-30C. Temps spike to 60C when I'm downloading something and may go up to 76C when I'm copying large files within the disk.
On the other hand, my 5 years old BX100 ssd's idle temps stay between 36C-41C and I never seen it goes beyond 50C during heavy workloads.
Are these temperatures normal and safe?
Thanks in advance!
