Crucial M4 256 SSD, Freezes every other boot, Please help

G.Skill Ares Series 32GB (4X8GB) 1866
i7-4770K
3 2tb samsung HDD
1 Crucial M4 SSD 256
650watt Power supply
1 External 3TB WD hard drive

Every other boot I will have a black screen that would just stay and never get to the windows startup screen.

Can someone help me out on this? Thank you
