Crucial M4s In Raid 0 Vs. New PCI 3.0 Interface SSD's

It looks like SSD's have come a long ways since I bought my Crucial M4

Looking between Intels 3500-3700 Series for PCI 3.0 based SSDs.

Has anyone used them with Asrock P67 Extreme4 Gen3 as a primary hard drive?

It looks like this would blow the doors of a Crucial M4 x 4 RAID 0 in both performance and cost.

Is it compatible with my current motherboard to use for a primary hdd?
Any stability concerns with overclocking and using one of these for the rig's primary hdd?

AS far as I know, your motherbd doesnt support booting from an NVME drive so it would be secondary storage only I'm afraid.
