Question Crucial MX500 or Intel 660p?

Which SSD should I go with? For I'm looking at both the 500 gb and 1 tb ones, but which one is better for their price?

Thank you for asking, I forgot to clarify. It will be a gaming build, 1080p 144hz, other parts include the i5 9600k, z390 gaming x and rtx 2070. The Mx500 where I am is around $69 for 500gb, $135 for 1 tb, with the 660p $70 and $110 respectively.

EDIT: However, I am more inclined to going with the 500gb as that fits me better.

At those prices and that use, you might as well get the Intel.
It's not a stellar NVMe drive, but it will be faster than the MX500 for the same money.

If gaming, I'd spring for 1 TB....; 500 GB just does not go as far as it once did, as once you install BF1, BF5, Quake Champions, and a few utilities, you are already wishing you had bought the 1 TB!
