sounds to me that it could be a few different scenarios..
1. hit the end of its life, and all data is gone.. one problem with SSD's.. no warning signs of complete failure.
2. check the connection.. take it out of the laptop and try to plug it back in again.
3. take it out and try it in a regular pc or another system, with a usb dongle/hard drive hub, or direct plug with a sata cable..
if it is not displaying in bios at all anymore, on any computer you test it on, im afraid it hit the end of life; and with it being a SSD, data is not easily recoverable in entirety. you can send it off to a company to pull the memory chips and see what data they can recover from them. but typically when ssds are done, they are simply done..
e/ i could be wrong though.. maybe a mfr defect in the p3's? there are quite a few other posts lately specifically with problems of the drive disappearing from even the bios.
