Question Crucial scanner does not work

Hi, I hope I'm posting in the right section since this is somehow software related , so whenever I run Crucial scanner it opens sysprofile.htm in chrome (v101) and after a while takes me to this page: https://www.crucial.com/scanview/error
Any idea?

The scanner simply looks in your BIOS for system information and then searches the Crucial website for compatible matches.

Possible you have to do it manually using their site - https://www.crucial.com/store/advisor

The scanner sometimes gets a little iffy.
You might go back tomorrow and it works.
What is the make and model of the mobo?

It's Ideapad 3 starting with 15IL I already did it manually I just thought it had advanced scanning or something, thanks!
