Question Crucial SSD slow copy/paste folders

Hi there!!

First I tried to find a solution for my problem, and I can't find something that could help me, and for that, I prefer to ask in this forum. So recently I bought a Crucial® Unidad SSD 250GB Sata3 2.5" MX500, and when copy a folder to another, for example if I copied a folder in my OneDrive folder and paste into Desktop take a lot of time to copy, for a folder of 55MB takes 2 minutes to copy!!!. I tried everything, test SSD with https://crystalmark.info/en/download/ , and everything seems fine, I activated TRIM, deactivate Prefetch , deacttivate defragmentation, AHCI is enable, etc; nothing works as solution for my problem, by the way my OS is Windows 10.

OneDrive.
Is that possibly trying to copy from your OneDrive space in the cloud? If so, this 'speed' is dictated by your internet bandwidth.

No, it's are files that were downloaded before (green check), but it's only an example, when I copied some file from Documents to Desktop it's the same thing, or when I copied from htdocs (if I worked with xampp) or www (if I worked with Laragon), it's the same, very slow to copy files and folders. And for delete folders also the same.
