cry engine error

i tried to play ghost warrior 3 but i get a message " memory allocation for 4194304 bytes failed "...i have 8gb memory si i don't understand ..
any ideas? thanks

i did but to no avail and all the latest patch are ok ..but it is not the only game like this ...call of duty infinite warfare also ????

window 10 64 bits upgraded from window8.1 when the upgrade came on line a few years back ..up to date with window update
also graphic card is up to date with the latest driver
3 HDD ( 1 x 1TB -2 x 500Gb )

Windows 32 bit can only access 4GB of RAM.

If you are using Win32 you can upgrade to Win64, but it means wiping your PC.

right how do I do that ..what program to use ?
well I have found what to do ..set up to run window memory test next time the pc is starting then I have also made a disk with memtest that I will run after and post here the results
