Was wondering if i could fit the ultimate without having to move around ram or if i should just get the universal to play it safe.

Solution
Your case allows 160mm for a cooler.
The specs for the ultimate says 168.5mm needed or, 160mm if the first ram slot is not used.
Most motherboards will allow you to use the more remote slots.
Either should fit one way or the other.
One can always move the fan to the other side in a pull configuration.

I am a fan of the noctua NH-D15s.

It is a most efficient cooler and the newer s variant solves two typical air cooler issues.
It clears high ram heat spreaders and is offset a touch to clear graphics card backplates for graphics cards mounted in the first pcie x16 slot.
