Cryorig H7 CPU Cooler Weird

So i just got this new cooler and what's bothering me is that sometimes the fan spins in counterclockwise as well as clockwise direction. Is that normal?

Im assuming you are just experiencing an optical illusion, because the fan cant reverse directions.
