cryorig h7 on amd phemom ii 1090t?

the title pretty much described all my question.. im looking for a new heatsink and i can only afford something like cryorig h7, is it good enough?

oh and ill pretty much use it for gaming, 3 modeling and video editing stuffs, not anything too hardcore and i dont plan on overclocking my cpu either
