So I installed the cryorig h7 into my pc that i built and as I was routing cables the whole cooler started to twist to the left. Is that normal? I'm afraid to tighten it more cause i don't want to crack or dent my cpu.

Solution
If it moved, it wasn't tight to begin with. You will not crack or dent the cpu, it's physically impossible. The individual screws that hold the Cryorig bracket down are specifically engineered to tighten until they stop. Then you add the cooler heatsink and tighten the remaining screws. The screws should be firm, not cranked down, about as tight as you'd replace the cap on a soda bottle.
