Hi! My question is would the cryorig r1 ultimate be good for the i7 7700k?
I know there are better coolers out there and watercooling is a whole other story aswell but I am on a tight budget. I'd like to be able to oc to about 4.5 ghz without it passing 75°C.Thanks in advance

Solution
If case cleareance is an issue, amd the Scythe is not available where you live (I would check again on multiple websites), get the Cryorig H5 or H7. Alternatively you could get an 240mm AIO.
One of the best CPU air coolers on the market... Other options include: beQuiet Dark Rock Pro 3 (I have it on my i7 6700K OCed to 4.6ghz), Noctua NH-D14/NH-D15- which have the best cooling and are also quiet (but the fans don't look that great). 4.5ghz is the Turbo Frequency for the i7 7700K so you should aim higher with your OC (I suggest 4.8ghz).

So apparently the r1 ultimate won't even fit in my case (phantek p400)
How about the cryorig h5, would it fit? And be able to cool the cpu well ?
