Cryorig R1 Ultimate vs Noctua NH-D15

Is the Cryorig R1 Ultimate roughly comparable to the performance of the exceedingly large and bulky Noctua NH-D15?

What about the Cryorig R1 Universal, which is slightly smaller and won't physically interfere with high profile RAM dimms?

Could you explain the difference between the Cryorig R1 Ultimate and Universal?

The Universal is exactly that, its designed to fit more boards.

Noctua although larger have some of the best cooling and lowest noise of any air coolers.
