Crysis 2 walking problem

So i have a problem in crysis 2...

I can shoot,move around and do everything in good fps except that every 10 seconds i can walk for like 2 seconds ;-;

I didnt see any solution or anyone else having this problem so im asking it here.

1 - Is that Crysis 2 from Origin or Steam version?
2 - Sounds more like Input Lag, do you use wireless keyboard?
