Crysis 3 and remember me lags at same point on gtx 650 ti

These two are lagging at same point on my gtx 650 ti 2 gb no matter what settings I used from very low to high , results are same ....
Temp idle 39 and while gaming55-60
Fx6100
8gb DDR ram
Gtx 650 ti 2 gb
Can some please suggest me a solution

When you say lag, what is your normal framerate and what is the framerate during the lag. Also what settings do you have antialiasing at? And have you monitored temps and % usage for CPU and GPU during the laggy bits?

How can it be ? Both are different games right ? What is the make/model of PSU/SMPS you are using.

Can you please describe the problem in more details so that we can understand better.

Did you buy the game or downloaded from net ?

In crysis 3 a rg fps is 40 fps and when it lags it drops to 19 or less for a sec and then jump to 40 ,,,same with the remeber me ....I didn't notice usage of CPU and gpu .......but temp CPU idle is 28 and gaming 50 and gpu idle 39 and gaming 55 to 60 degree

My psu is cooler master 500 w with 18 amp on 12 v rail .but soon I am getting a new one ........for crysis 3 recommended requirements are gtx560 ti ..is that card equivalent to my card but for remember me my i am getting around 70 fps vsync off but when it lags it drop to 19 or 24 fps

What is your % GPU and CPU usage during the laggy parts?

Use Task Manager and Afterburner or GPU-Z

Gpu is at full clock rate and CPU vary from 40-80. %

And yes it is normal.(CPU GPU clock rate)

I think your GPU is somewhat faulty, try to RMA it.
