Crysis 3 on my rig?

Heres my rig(still unbuilt)
Gpu: GTX 770(4gb)
CPU: FX 9370
Ram: Either8 or 16GB
motherboard: SABERTOOTH 990FX
PS: XFX P1-850B-BEFX 850W
I was wondering what settings i could run Crysis 3 and get anywhere from 40-60fps. May OC
