Crysis Wont Launch?

I just purchased crisis from steam. When I hit play It goes to a black screen for about ten seconds and then crashes. I have tried the -DX9 but that didn't work. When I was Launching it for the first time I accidentally hit cancel on punk something. I then read that hitting cancel on that doesn't matter.

When you launch Steam right click on it and choose Run as Administrator. That fixed the issue for me. I just played Crysis, Crysis Warhead and Crysis 2 again a few months ago.

Wait, crap that might be the fix for Mass Effect 1 not Crysis. Maybe these will help:

Try validating the game files: Right click the game on steam. go to properties, click on local files and click on validate files. That might help.
