CrystalDiskInfo "Caution" report for my HDD

Hi

Me having problem with my PC. After every start up ....and usage (around 15 mins usage) my desktop gets slowed down ! Devastatingly slow. And I came across this "crystaldiskinfo" !
I scanned and got my hdd health tagged caution !
There is a list of so many strange things buttoned in blue except for one !
C5 Current pending sector count
Current = 100
Worst = 100
Threshold = 0
Raw value = so many zeroes and 1 (00000000000001)
But the thing now is my pc is not slowing down. I have been searching stuff for more than an hour or two. Also did a 40 mins long chkdsk scan ! So far no lag ! And the chkdsk showed nothing.
So do i still have to do full formatting ? D: or could i skip ?

disk drive get bad spots on them. the warning is normal when a bunch of bad spots show up. (when drive is formatted the drive hardware blocks out these defects). if they keep growing in six months time then the drive head or platter is going bad. I would run malware bytes and hitman pro see if it a virus you have. also boot into f8 safe mode use msconfig go to the start up tab and turn every thing off but your anti virus software. in programs check that you have only one anti virus and one malware software installed also look for those evil toolbars that been dropped in add/remove programs.

Also my hdd temperature is around 38 C to 43 C . Is that normal or shd i do anything abt it

If there's a spot for a front fan that's infront of your drives then yes get one. The cooler the better...
