So basically i started to notice that my computer has been really weird lately, whenever i open any apps, even the tiniest ones, sometimes it lags randomly, and the big ones happen when i play games, whenever i play some game, and it lags and drops the fps, i would go to my task manager and i saw the disk usage is acting up for no reason, it would somehow to go 10 - 30ish % and what causes it, is mostly something called System, and not really the game itself, or maybe some other apps that is not even open
so i downloaded this app and trying to see what is going on with my harddrive, can anyone tell me if its bad right now? cause some people say that the "reallocated sectors count" means the bad sectors i have, or did i get it wrong?
whilst the status is GOOD on both my HDD in my computer
Thanks in advance

EDIT: I forgot to mention sometimes when i open any little apps i have on my computer(spotify, discord, google chrome or even opening a task manager), it would lags really badly, and sometimes even freezes and i had to hard reset my computer, this happens kinda rare though, but it did happen like twice or 3 times in a week not long ago

Those stats look good. To track down what process is using your drive resources, use the Resource Monitor - once you open up resmon just click on the disk tab and then click on the "Total (B/sec)" column to sort by usage. Once you find the process search it up.

As far as the reallocated sectors go, run that tool every so often (once a day or week) and see if the counts are increasing over time, then that would be a problem indicating your drive is dying.

Its been most of the time is so called "System" which i am really confused by, i dont even know what this thing does, it happens even when im playing games
here is my screenshot to my resmon

i honestly dont know, some people said my harddrive is having bad sector, and i doubt it. if it were malwares, i cant be sure, besides i did scan with malwarebytes and it didnt find anymore malwares in my system
i've done clean boot as well, even updated my windows (because i dont like how windows 10 update works, so i didnt update it for awhile) but seems to have no difference at all
and i reinstalled my windows not long ago, maybe like 3 - 4 months ago and it began to ruining me playing games maybe like a month for now, or even making some of my simple tasks like steam, line apps to somehow not responding sometimes
could it be really my harddrive though? they are indeed quite old, the newer one is like a year or 2, and the oldest one which i used for my windows C drive, is maybe like 5 years? im not really sure though
