Recently bought a new logitech g402 mouse.
Set that to 400 dpi, 1000 polling rate... Windows sensitivity to default.
My game resolution in widescreen something around 1280x...
My monitor is 15 inches 60 hz.
So my question is .I have a pretty decent gaming mousepad of 30x25 cm
But i am forced to keep my in game sensitivity greater than 3.0 in order to make a 180 degree turn.
I have heard many people using sensitivity around 1.5. So is there some problem with my mouse? Bcz below 3.0 i wont be able to turn 180 degree

Hi Emad,
Sensitivity is relative, but one thing Id like to know is what kind of grip do you use?
Finger grip, claw grip or full hand grip?

This is because sensitivity is sort of tied to they way you move your mice:
For example, I barely move my wrist, mostly everything is done with my fingers, so my sensitivity is rather high.
However, this is not idea for first person shooters as precision suffers from overshooting our movement.

Many players advocate for lower sensitivity and large hand/arm movements to increase accuracy, but even if that is better, getting use to it will take time. (expect a 3 month time until it feels natural).
When i first started playing CSGO (coming from a BF-COD background) i had to use like 5.0 sens, anything lower felt wrong. But believe me, i started using lower sens and now i can't play at anything higher than 2.0, nothing wrong with your mouse, you just gotta get used to it. Try practicing some deathmatch with 2.0-3.0, after a while, you'll play a lot better. Btw, pros move their entire arm to make a 180 degree turn

I don't even have a mouse pad, lol, but my mouse is between my keyboard and my case, which is around 10x10-15x15 max (just a guess) so i don't even have that much space to move my mouse around. You just gotta get used to it, try lowering the sens by 0.25-0.5 everytime you feel comfortable with your new sens, going from 3.0 to 1.5 will feel weird
