Question CS 1.6 stuck at 12-13 fps in Windows 10 !

Hi..
i used to play Cs 1.6 in windows 7 (ultimate) Earlier but when i upgraded my pc to windows 10 (pro) the game was stuck at 12 - 13 fps and tried many things to solve it but failed..
i donot have. a gpu but earlier my game run at 100- 101 fps and not below it.
I am totally frustrated and angry .
I am not getting what to do now!

Cpu - intel g2030
gpu - N/A
ram - 2Gb (1333 mhz)
mobo - asus old mobo cheap one in 2014
psu - no use of it here

This should run cs 1.6 perfectly actually
I think that the problem may be because of the version of cs you did download,
I had different problems before using Windows 7, but download it from this website fixed it:
