Cs:Go 120 fps on Good Computer, How Do I get more fps

Hi I recently built a new computer and I got Cs-Go and its stuck at around 120 fps, the specs are
-Intel Core I7
-16gb ram
-Nvidia GeForce Gtx 1070
Any Ideas on how I can get fps to go Highter?
And I can run Bo3 at close to max settings for 200 fps

fresh os install? what the cpu/gpu temp during Cs:Go? what resolution are you playing at?

You should uninstall your drivers and use DDU to remove the leftovers. Then get the latest drivers and please dont use Nvidia's auto detect for drivers. Get new to make sure the last wasnt corrupt.

Optimize your windows by running ccleaner and use black vipers site as a guide to shutdown unneeded services. Onlystop and disable a few services at a time so its easy to remember in case an issue arises.

Get a 1080 ti
