This build is mainly for CS:GO at 120+fps and streaming possibly but i would also like to run games like h1z1 and newer titles at high fps. I dont care about the in game setting being high or anything. What is the best build that could achieve this for between 600 and 700 dollars. Thank You and lastly dont worry about peripherals or a dvd drive.

Solution
I've been playing CS:GO for a very long time and i know a quality build like the following will result in a minimum of 250FPS and around 200FPS when streaming.

If you are going to stream you will need a rock solid internet connection. CPU wise, it would be good to have a yes or no answer regarding if you are going to stream or not.

The CPU is simply a goto for mid ranged gaming and it does very well with CS:GO because of the excellent per core power.
The R9 380 does better in gaming compared to the GTX 960, even though it does output more heat.
The Case has great airflow for the price. You can add in more fans later on if you wish to increase the air flow.
The PSU is an excellent Tier 1 PSU, powering fresh electricity to all the components and because of it's excellent components other more expensive components like the GPU will not be damaged by an electrical issue.
All other components are solid quality and will work great together.
