CS:GO Black Screen

so i bought cs go on steam a while ago it worked fine for awhile but suddenly it started to just stay at a black screen when i launch i cant alt+tab or do anything i dont hear sound all i can do is use ctrl + alt + del and open task manager and use my keyboard arrow keys to quit cs go to make the pc work again. i tried reinstalling, integrity game cache checks, changing steam library location and disabling compatibility settings even running it as administrator.
I really want to play the game again so if you know a fix PLS leave a reply.

Try launching the game in Windowed mode, right click the game in steam and press properties. Open launch options and enter '-sv noborder'

i tried it but keeps on opening in full screen mode and no it doesnt work

You can try to Delete your Appcache and then restart your pc.
"C:\Program Files (x86)\Steam\appcache" or wherever you installed steam.

Try launching the game in safemode using the -safe launch option

1.Open Steam
2.Go to the "Library"
3.Right-click the game that needs to be reconfigured
4.Select "Properties" from the menu
5.Click the "Set launch options..." button
6.Remove any launch options currently shown.
7.Type -safe in the box and select OK.
8.Launch the game and test the issue again.
9.Once the game is launching, you can remove -safe and start modifying your video options one-by-one to determine which option was causing the issue that you are encountering.

okay so do i delete the entire app cache folder ?
and i tried opening the game in safe mode which makes it open in windowed mode but it's just stuck in a white screen when i click on it it stops responding
