CS:GO chokes after update win 10

i recently updated to w10 . and after updating i dont know why my game is a bit lagging .
fps is 200+ , ping is also fine . but choke - 1-7%
please help me to fix it .

If you updated upon an older version i would suggest to make a clean install. There are a lot of problems if you go with the update. Also check your gpu drivers because there are some great conflicts between the update system of windows and the nvidia drivers in windows 10. I would remove the drivers with some third party utility and install the fresh from nvidia,.
