CS GO Crashing

When I start a casual or competitive game in CS:GO then it crashes, and says: ''CS:GO crashed.'' I'm russian btw so sry for bad english. Can someone help me? Thanks! 😀

My laptop: Lenovo Thinkpad T420
i5
Intel HD Graphics 3000

Hello, I have no experience with Counter Strike Global Offensive. But I found this solution from the internet. Try this.

Start the game, Go to Video Settings > Advanced > Disable "Multi Core Rendering"

Post here again if it doesn't work. Good Luck

Nope, I disabled multicore rendering but still crashes. :/

Are you running on Windows XP compatibility mode? If so try unticking it. And try disabling Workshop Mods. And I found this online and thought you might find this useful. https://www.youtube.com/watch?v=9CSXD6p-D4c

Did you try running the game as an Administrator? And check if there's any Windows Firewall restrictions.
