Hello, everyone! I'm at my wits end. I have gotten lately around 3 weeks ago, much fps drops in game. I have done fps benchmarks multiple times. And got results like 200 fps on average. But in game sometimes I think drops to 80-90 when there are a couple molotovs/smokes or a couple people in front of me. Especially on inferno b-site. It's litterly unplayable... I have to mention too that I use a 144 Hz monitor. Also I benchmarked my pc at https://cpu.userbenchmark.com/. And now it says my GPU is performing below expectations, while a week ago it said it was "way above expectations". Plus a week ago my hard drive was below expectations and now it's way above expectations. So I don't know what to do with it. Is my CPU a bottleneck for my GPU? Is that the problem?

benchmark test now: https://www.userbenchmark.com/UserRun/16472131

A week ago: https://www.userbenchmark.com/UserRun/16337190

CPU: i5-7400

Motherboard: ASrock Z270 Pro4

Ram: DDR4 16 GB

SSD/HDD: SSD: crucial ct275mx300ssd1 HDD: toshiba dt01aca100

GPU: GTX 1060 6GB

PSU: Cooler Master MasterWatt 750 (not 100% sure, but it got to be that)

Chassis: Sharkoon AI7000 Glass

OS: Windows 10

temperatures in-game:
CPU: around 40 C
GPU: around 60 C
Measured with msi afterburner

Usage:
CPU: 80-90%
GPU: 40-50%

FPS are very common when lots of action is happening (smokes, molotovs, etc.). But 100fps seems a bit drastic. Check your CPU/GPU temps using a software such as HWMonitor.
used HWmonitor and this is what I got:

measured in °C

doing nothing: 29, min: 29, max 35 (cpu)
GPU: value: 39. min: 38, max: 39

playing: CPU: 39 value, 35 min, 41 max
GPU: 64 value, min 46, 65 max
