(I did not see a gaming tag so i just put windows 10 in because that's my system and it might be the cause for this issue.)
I recently noticed that im having a drop in performance in CS:GO. I usually had around 250+fps. But now when i play a match my pc even struggles to stay above 140 fps ( I have a 140 hz screen so its really annoying and distracting during competitive play).
The really interesting thing is that: in competitive gameplay I have these issues constantly. But when I join a deathmatch server with 20+ people, my fps is around 250+.
CS:GO settings:
My resolution is 1024 by 768 (blackbars)
Video settings are all set to the lowest and the only things that is enabled is multicore rendering.
Specs:
Windows 10 64 bit
8 Gb RAM
GTX 1050 (Overclocked)
Intel Core i5-8400 CPU 2.8 GHz
I already installed the latest nvidia driver.
So does anyone have an idea what could be going on?
