[SOLVED] CS:GO FPS problem , other games work fine ?

Specs:
Gigabyte Z390 UD
i5 9600k
16 GB corsair single stick RAM
256Gb SSD +1 TB HDD
MSI GTX 1650

Until Last month my CSGO was working real fine with no problems at all , but one day suddenly , it started having Fps problem which still exists today.
Other games on my PC are working well and there seems no issue
I tried reinstalling my graphics drivers , CS:GO , but still hasn't fixed FPS issue.
Please help me with this.

try to update to the latest bios, uninstall the gpu driver using ddu and install the latest driver, install intel chipset driver, and on nvidia control panel, set the game to use gtx 1650.
