CS GO FPS problem?

I was playing with the vsync on in the NVIDIA CP with ~45 FPS and than i turned off and now i have problems again , i cannot go more than ~60 FPS in game, at the start of the round i have ~75 but than it drops to ~60 even if in the main menu there is ~95 FPS , vsync also turned off in CSGO. I play on High Graphics .

PC specs
Graphics Cad : Asus Strix GTX 960 DCII OC 2G
Motherboard : ASUS P5G41T M LX
CPU : Intel Pentium Dual Core E5700 @ 3.0 Ghz (2 cpus)
RAM : Kingston 1333Mhz 6G(2+4)
Monitor : Samsung SyncMaster 720N

Would suspect that CPU is holding you back badly. Did you get more fps previously?

Open your console and check if max_fps is set to a low value

nope fps max is set to 300

don't know i played all on low cos i didnt have the GTX 960 and i had 2 gigs of ram

No way of knowing for sure but I think that CPU is the issue
