CS:GO GTX 970 at 144hz?

I am wondering if the Gtx 970 will be able to handle CS:GO at 144 fps on max settings. If there is anyone who has a 970 or is familiar with them that can tell me if the 970 is capable of this, please tell me!

The GTX 970 will easily handle 144+ fps at 1080p, but more importantly, what is your CPU?
