CS:GO Kills Internet Connection

When I start up CS:GO, my internet connection completely dies. First, steam disconnects, then other programs such as Discord die. If I tab out, let alone close CS:GO everything instantly gets fixed. Wasted a good 2 hours trying to fix it with no result.

Hi,

Are you playing wired or wireless.
If wireless, might be windows 10 wireless card power management.
Try reinstalling network card driver to see if it helps.

I was going to say I have no idea besides maybe a power state issue, but Dex beat me to it. You can check under Device Manger > Properties of network adapter.

I have a lot of network adapets. which one do i reinstall?
