Just got my new PC 2 days ago. It has been doing some weird things like: PC didn't find HDD, didn't find GPU and on speccy it says I have 1000mhz ram while I have 3000mhz ram. I fixed HDD and GPU problem, BUT my GPU on speccy says it's only 2047MB instead of 6GB. I have gtx 1060 and i7 7700k. All of the other games work perfectly, but not CS:GO. Played H1Z1 on all settings maxed out, got 120 fps and played smooth, but CS:GO lags big time. Tried everything, but nothing.

When I turned the V-Sync on it capped fps to 60. Started lagging harder. I have fps_max set on 300, but it still buffers/lags. Doesn't feel smooth at all, in the other hand H1Z1 and GTA V work perfectly

Try turning RAW input on/off.
Try some more games and see how it works.
Try this:

Check if any cores are parked:

Go into the BIOS and change the performance of the RAM.
Make sure its installed properly (a gap between them).

Thanks for that answer, but
Cores ARE unparked, fps isn't the problem, raw input didn't help tried it before, h1z1 and gta are working insanly good
