I am new to streaming and I play/stream CS:GO. I started by using Xsplit and recently switched to OBS and still have the same issues. I believe my computer is capable of streaming and playing the game at the same time. My computers specs will be listed below the paragraph. When not streaming everything is PERFECT. I run at 300+ frames consistently and have a 144hz monitor. As soon as I start streaming while in-game I feel kind of a stuttering effect (like my frames drop below 100 but it doesnt say it does). Its very frustrating. If anyone has any idea of what could be happening some input would be greatly appreciated. Is my next step to purchase a 2nd computer and run a capture card? How can I still be sure this issue wont continue?

PC Specs:
i7 4770K @ 4.2ghz
MSI Z97 Gaming 7 Mobo
8GB G.Skill Ripjaw Series @ 1600
EVGA 2GB GTX 760
128GB Samsung 830 SSD

Internet: 50M/10M

Solution
hello , my advice is to reduce the fps of CS:GO to 144 "fps_max 144" , i play CS:GO my self and i do have a 144hz monitor , first u will gain more performance due lowering the frames generated per second , beside you won't notice any difference regarding game play , tested it my self , even if u lower it to "fps_max 120" , tested it , hope that help ,and trust me 300 fps is just ridiculous .
