Question CS:GO Launching Issues

Hello fellow gamers. I hope this is the appropriate place to put this thread. Now to the issue...

My friend of mine has wanted to play CSGO with me and a couple of buddies but the issue is...he cannot launch it.

He launches is for 3 seconds then it closes. (Steam says Launching then 2 seconds later launch game. Indicating it crashed)

We tried:

Updating PC
Updating Drivers
Deleting CSGO and redownloading
launching with -autoconfig properties
Launching as Admin

Any suggestions?

Right after it crashes you could check event viewer, then windows logs > application. Look for any specific error codes/event IDs and unless it's something glaring and obvious, search for that "CS GO Crash Event ID ____"
