CS:GO looks washed out after reinstalling windows 8.1

Hi
Yesterday i decided to reinstall windows 8.1 since i wanted a clean start. The reinstall was successful, i had no problems. However after reinstalling my CS:GO i opened it and the game looked really washed up. Every colors were a bit grayer. I tried installing nvidia drivers (Im running a 970). The game is unplayable for me, also i seem to have no color problems on desktop/chrome/etc.
