CS GO low fps - Gtx 1070 gaming x and ryzen 5 1600

I have brand new pc but I get low fps in CS GO with these specs

CPU: AMD Ryzen 5 1600 3.49Ghz
GPU: MSI GTX 1070 Gaming X 8GB
SSD: Corsair Force GS 128GB
HDD: Seagate Barracuda 7200.14 1TB
RAM: G.SKILL F4 DDR4 3200 C16 2x8GB
MBD: Asus PRIME B350-PLUS

Average bench for a stock 1600 is 82%, your CPU is performing way under par. What's your clock speed show in task manager? temps ok?

Temps are ok 36-38 now but clock speed is 1546 mhz according to HWMonitor, could that be the issue?

try running benchmark and see temps then. Looks like thermal throtling

Did you install the most recent drivers for your GPU?

It does look like thermal throttling. If that's not it it seems like I remember some Ryzen motherboards having an issue where they downclocked the CPU when you tried to overclock but they fixed it with BIOS update. I don't remember which manufacturers boards it was though.

By the way, If it were an Intel CPU, you would have got much more than 200
