Question CS:GO low FPS on i5-11600k and RX 6700 XT

Hello everyone!

My friend bought a new computer about 2 weeks ago. The PC should manage to get 500 FPS or so in CS:GO benchmarking. For some reason, he can't get over 320 FPS which is pretty odd. I manage to run 420 FPS on a way older rig.

I've done almost every optimization to windows and bios, updated everything and put settings on same as my computer, but nothing seems to work. He even has a 1TB M.2 SSD, 16GB ram @3200mhz.

Sadly, i currently have no idea of what his temps were, but I don't think he should have any problems with temp. If you do think that is the case, I can check it later. We did not have any time to test it as he is pretty busy, but his full specs are:

CPU: i5-11600k
GPU: Gigabyte RX 6700 XT Eagle 12GB
MOBO: B560-A Pro
SSD: 1TB M.2
RAM: 2x8GB DDR4 (not sure what company, as he bought a prebuilt and it doesn't say on the file, but all 16GB are available)
Cooler: be quiet Dark Rock 4
PSU: Xilence 500W

edit: also the operating system is Windows 11 Home
