CS:GO offline running at 8fps on GTX 1050ti.Help me??

I recently added GTX 1050ti graphics to my pretty old desktop.
Here are its specs:

CPU: AMD Athlon II X4 645
RAM: 1x4GB DDR3 @ 1333Mhz + 1x2GBDDR3 @ 1333Mhz
GPU: ZOTAC Geforce GTX 1050Ti
Mainboard: Asus M4N68T-M-LE-V2
Harddrive: Seagate 1TB @ 7200rpm

I was able to get 100 fps for COD ghosts multiplayer(High settings 1080p). But my CS:GO offline with bots lags at 8-10 fps. This is frusrtating me. Can someone please help figuring this out?

What was your GPU prior? Did you use DDU to uninstall your previous GPU drivers and reinstalling the latest driver revisions from Nvidia's support site?

Please list your PSU's make and model as well as it's age.

Not sure of DDU but I sure did a clean setup (Available while installing through custom mode.) of drivers from Nvidia and is up to date. BTW I replaced the PSU 6 months back it is a Frontech 450W PSU.
