Before my Exam I get like 180 ~ 300 fps in CSGO. But after my exam the FPS just drop to 90~200(below 200 fps). I turned all the video settings to low and still the same, GPU usage only 23% according to After Burner on screen display in-game, the GPU is underperforming (the clock speed is not running at full speed ). The CPU is running 80~100%

Specs:
CPU: i5-6500
GPU: GTX 1060 6GB MSI Gaming X
RAM: Kingston HyperX DDR4 8GB
SSD: Samsung 850 Evo 250GB (Csgo is installed on SSD)

This below is the result: (before I can get 160++ fps)

Looks like your CPU is running CS:GO by default.

Right click on desktop >> "NVIDIA control panel" >> "Manage 3D settings" >> "Program settings" >> Select CS:GO

Under "Select the preffered graphics processor for this program" select:
High-performance NVIDIA processor

There're no "Select the preffered graphics processor for this program" in the program settings.
