CS:GO PC Build

I was wondering if that's all you needed for a running PC ? Keep in Mind I will be getting a PC +mouse , and I already have a monitor. I was also wondering if this is good? Any recommendations will be accepted. 550 is my max without mir thanks

You could spend 50 more and instead get a 950GTX, save 30 on the power supply (100-150W less) and another 20 for lower energy bills and you have about 30-60% faster graphics card.
