Can i run cs go with this pc?
CPU: Intel core 2 Duo
Ram: 3 gb ram
Graghics: Intel q33 chipset (Motherboard grahpcis)

It will be very difficult, and frame-rate will make the game frustrating if playable at all.

I would recommend a small dedicated GPU, say something like the Nvidia 710-740.....whatever is in your budget.
