CS GO Rubber Banding

Hello,

Lately, while playing CS GO, I have been getting terrible rubber banding. The game is sort of playable, but not a good experience. I have no problems playing offline with bots. I am currently using a Gigabyte 802.11AC PCI express wireless card. I have a ping of 14 ms, a download speed of 12 mbps, and an upload speed of 6 mbps. Does anybody know what I could do about the rubber banding?

Maybe its the servers? A quick question, is this only in CS? Does this happen in other online games you play? Try another online valve game like TF2 Or Dota 2 and see if its the same speeds. Valve servers can get pretty slow sometimes if there's excessive load.
