Hi i am hoping someone can help as i have had this issue for months now and its driving me nuts.
components:
crusial 258gb ssd
fx8350
gtx 1060 6gb oc edition
windows 10
16gb hyper x ram
nzxt x52 liquid cooler
70mb download 20mb upload 5ping.
Whenever i play cs it starts off really smooth sitting between 200-300fps stable in most maps. As soon as i leave the spawn i get micro stutter/jitters where characters stutter for a split second. My mouse also goes slugish and this is all while still having high fps. I play every setting on low in game and have tried every fix i could find from fresh driver installs to reinstalling windows,Using nvidia inspector, A game reinstall, stopping/disabling startup programs, editing registry and also monitoring my cpu/gpu usage with programs like CAM and HW monitor my cpu and gpu never go above 50c and i have had enough now, So stuck on what to do so if anyone has any ideas it would be much appreciated.
