its not thieving its just downloading the game that someone has allowed people to use or movie ect

It is theft and the worst kind too. It's the kind of theft designed for cowards who haven't got the guts to walk into a store and steal something then walk out with it. They're frightened of getting caught but they think they're safe if they do it on the Internet.

Maybe they do things differently down on the Western Cape in South Africa.
