There are several of us at the office that have been playing CS/HL Deathmatch
for months. All of a sudden this one guy is invincible. His kill rate can
excede 100 on certain maps in 40 minutes of play. At times I/we can not kill
him. He always hits his target even on a run. How do you know if someone is
using cheats? How do you combat cheats. We play multiplayer on a LAN network.
Any suggestions would be appreciated.

That's because I'm the boss! e ahve it on our server and play most lunch
hours. Not during work hours. Sometimes we stay at night have a few beers and
play. There 5-6 of us that play.

Sounds exactly like the setup I have, except I am also the comp admin.
