My machine is:

AMD Athlon XP2000+
512MB RAM
NVIDIA GeForce4 MX 440 64MB

Is that good enough to run source with a decent FPS?

Same specs as mine. I haven't played Source:beta for a while, but I was unable
to get 800x600 - the screen stayed black. I could play in some weird windowed
resolution though. Hopefully its had a major tweaking since then.

Same specs here as well. Everyone else seems to have the latest gfx
card. I don't bother upgrading much, because as soon as you buy
something it's out-of-date. I used a Voodoo 2 until last year.
